Warranty Terms and Conditions

All warranty is subject to manufacturer's terms and conditions.
Ensure you have proof of purchase and are the legal owner of the product, where required.
Ensure the product is within the warranty service period.
All physical damage to the product will void warranty terms.
Missing, defaced or illegible serial numbers will void warranty terms.
Ensure proper packaging for shipping: Anti-static packaging must be used.
Product is packed securely in a box with sufficient padding to manufacturer's specification to prevent movement or shock.

Box is clearly marked on the outside with he RMA number and owner's details.
It is the responsibility of the owner/purchaser to ensure all conditions are fully observed.
All shipping costs to the RMA dept. are the responsibility of the owner/purchaser.
It is the reponsibility of the owner/purchaser to ensure the product reaches IT Partners in an undamaged condition.

Warranty may be void if the above conditions are not observed.

IT Partners shall not be responsible for loss of data in any product returned for warranty service. Do not return any attached accessories with the faulty product.
IT Partners assumes no responsibility for any item attached to the product returned for RMA.

Charges A service charge may be applicable where the product is found to be in proper working order when claimed to be faulty.

Accessories when sent together with the faulty (RMA) product will attract a handling charge.
All RMA numbers are valid for 14 days only. If the product under RMA is not returned within the 14 day period from date of RMA number issue, a new RMA number application must be applied for.
Each repeat RMA application may attract an administration fee which is payable before a new RMA number is issued or prior to return of the replacement.

A service fee is payable for RMA requests from those who are not customers of IT Partners.
